This 4th of July in 2015, the fun will once again be found at State Fair Park in Yakima, Washington. You won’t want to miss a fabulous family-oriented Fourth of July, complete with live entertainment and a carnival with exciting rides for the young and young at heart. The day of fun culminates in a fantastic, 20-minute long fireworks display.
Bring your own picnic to share with family and friends or purchase food from one of the many vendors you’ll find throughout the fairgrounds. Stake out a spot on the lawns for the day, starting at noon ... and stay to watch the fireworks display at 10:00 pm!
Admission and parking are free all day!

Going to the Yakima 4th of July Celebration? Yakima Transit's shuttle bus makes getting there and back fast, easy, fun and free! Shuttle bus service will be provided from three free park and ride locations:
- Gateway Center (on Fair Avenue in front of Office Max)
- Eisenhower High School on Tieton Drive and 40th Ave.
- Wide Hollow School (72nd Avenue).
July 4th (only) 3:30-9:30pm and 10:30-11:30pm
(running every 15-20 minutes)
Buses will run continuously from all lots from 3:30pm to 9:30pm and then from 10:30pm to 11:30pm, with additional buses on duty after the fireworks to get everyone home quickly. For information call Yakima Transit at (509) 5756175.
